Instead of repeating licks note for note every time you play them I'm gonna show you how to see licks as a template that can be embellished. This is going to let us turn one lick into an endless amount of ideas. It's all about getting more from less!

🎸 I'll show five classic flatpicking licks, each one attached to one of the five CAGED shapes. We'll learn how to connect these licks across the neck, we'll learn how to transpose these licks and we'll learn how to play them over a I-IV-V progression in five positions.

👉 But what I think is most important is that I'm going to show you how to use three common approaches to add variations to these licks. This is where you get to exercise your own creativity.
