In this masterclass, I'll share with you the basics you'll need to start playing Western Swing Guitar. This will get you up and running and sounding legit when you play simple western swing tunes. We'll learn basic chord shapes, scales, arpeggios and stylistic concepts associated with western swing. This lesson is a great peek into a classic style of music and can also really unlock some approaches to playing jazz.

Examples will be played over a backing track and show you how to start simple and slowly add layers of refinement to your soloing.
