CAGED Connections

CAGED Connections Is Here!

You have all probably heard of the CAGED system by now. It has always been one of the best first steps to unlocking the fretboard. It's simple to understand and easy to apply. What more could you want?!

The CAGED system uses five movable chord shapes, C-A-G-E-D, that lay out across the fretboard in an interlocking pattern . These shapes become templates for us to more easily see different chord voicings, arpeggios, scales, and triads all over the neck. With this knowledge you can create solos and rhythm guitar parts that feel more connected to the chords you're playing over.

This isn't just a teaching method. This is a way of looking at the fretboard that so many of your favorite guitar players lean on to build great solos and memorable guitar parts. It will change the way you see the fretboard and make you a better guitarist.
